Harnessing diaspora expertise for women entrepreneurship in Armenia

The Harnessing diaspora expertise through mentorship for women entrepreneurs from remote areas in Armenia initiative was implemented between 2021 and 2022 by EUDiF in collaboration with AGBU in its Brussels and Yerevan offices. The initiative aimed to empower women entrepreneurs in Armenia with knowledge on business development and accessing the EU market, as well as enhancing the mentoring and coaching capacities of AGBUs staff. The results included 200 women beneficiaries, the deployment of 20 diaspora female mentors, and the creation of replicable training tools to boost entrepreneurship among women in remote areas and increase export opportunities to EU markets.
