Passeport Talent / Talent Passport is a streamlined residence permit facilitating the entry and stay of highly skilled foreign workers, researchers, artists, and entrepreneurs. It aims to attract global talent to contribute to France’s economic, scientific, and cultural development, while encouraging long-term integration and bilateral cooperation between host and origin countries.
What problem or need does the good practice addresses: the difficulties encountered by women identified by via the “ELIPA” survey which helped highlighting specific trends for migrant women and girls:

Appui a la lutte contre la traite des tes humains (ALTP) / Supporting the fight against human trafficking
The ALTP project supports the authorities and civil society in 6 Gulf of Guinea countries in various aspects of the fight against human trafficking: institutional and operational capacity building, law enforcement, victim protection and regional cooperation and with a focus on migration.
The Resilient Communities Programme (CoRe) is a four-year initiative gathering civil society organizations (CSOs) from 15 countries across the globe. The main objectives are to promote a just ecological transition, support local projects, and strengthen community resilience. The targeted population includes vulnerable communities affected by socio-environmental crises.
In January 2018, Secours Catholique and the Fédération de l'Entraide Protestante invited MPs to come and meet migrants before they voted on the Asylum and Immigration Act.
